WHAT IS PHYSICAL THERAPY?
Physical therapy is a hands-on healthcare treatment that uses physical modalities such as manual therapy, exercise and patient education to help individuals restore movement, reduce pain, and prevent disability.
Remedial Science is a multi-disciplinary physical therapy practice, where a combination of techniques from myotherapy, remedial massage, osteopathy and physiotherapy are used.
We assess patients' posture, movement patterns and functional abilities to identify any limitations or impairments, and then develop an evidence-based treatment plan to help patients achieve their goals.
"Miracle workers! I haven't felt as free in my body in years.
Kate and Stuart are meticulous in ensuring results every time.
Their knowledge and professionalism is impressive but their care for each individual is what separates them from the rest."
